1. COACHING

Speaking/Group Lunch & Learn: Looking for a keynote speaker to discuss leadership, engagement and productivity with your team? We’ve engaged with various audiences, including business, academic, government, nonprofit, and religious leaders. Our presentations are customized to inspire action for you and your team, backed by a strong history of professionalism and success.

Coaching: Our certified coaching team works with clients individually and in groups to help them reach their personal and professional goals while addressing real business challenges. We provide support for new ideas and leadership approaches. Our coaching programs are designed for both individuals and groups.

Executive and Leadership Coaching: This program includes six individual sessions over six months. The coach and client set coaching goals together and plan the schedule. We have effectively coached leaders at all management levels.

Enterprise Coaching: The program includes six sessions over six months for teams of up to six people chosen by the sponsoring organization. We work together to set goals to help employees avoid common leadership mistakes.

2. TRAINING

To enhance your team’s impact, we provide training and workshops on Engagement and Productivity, Purposeful Leadership, Leadership Excellence, and Strategy Development, with programs ranging from online sessions to immersive offsite intensives.

Our programs target the leadership challenges of individuals and organizations to bridge gaps and build capacity for a confident future. We use practical methods to help clients establish and implement their leadership strategies, drawing on successful case studies and important lessons about what to avoid.

Leadership Gold

This is an intensive program for Senior Leaders in an organization.
