As an bespoke firm, we use unique method-driven techniques and programs to equip and enable leaders to optimize the power of their influence beyond the authority of their positions.

1. COACHING

Speaking/Group Lunch & Learn: Do you want a professional keynote speaker to talk with your team on leadership, culture, and productivity? We’ve talked to business, academic, government, nonprofit, and religious leaders, among other audiences. We always tailor the presentation to you so the message inspires action for you and your team. We are professional members of the Maxwell Leadership Certification Team (MLCT), which means We have a proven track record of professionalism and performance.

Coaching: Our accredited coaching team partners with clients on a one-on-one and enterprise basis in a creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, working through real-life business challenges. Our experienced team acts as a sounding board for new ideas and approaches to leadership. Our coaching programs are suited for individuals and groups.

Executive and Leadership Coaching: The program comprises six sessions spread over up to six months. The coach and the coachee jointly set coaching objectives and agree on the program schedule and timelines for requisite activities. We have successfully coached CEOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors and other Management roles as they go through change leadership process. 

Enterprise Coaching: The program comprises six sessions spread over up to six months. Sessions are held for teams not exceeding six individuals, selected by the sponsoring organization. The organization, the coach, and the clients Jointly set the objectives. The aim is to help navigate common mistakes and pitfalls in their change leadership process.

2. TEACHING/TRAINING (MASTERMIND)

If you want an even higher impact for your team, training and workshops are a great way to go. I teach teams and organizations on a range of Leadership, Culture, and Strategy themes, including: how to build highly engaged and productive teams, how to build a culture of excellence, and why people should be led by you, among other masterminds. Programs for you range from three-hour weekly online masterminds to half-day primers and three-day intensive, including offsite at places.

Our programs focus on the individual and organization’s leadership challenges to address the gaps and create the capacity for the organization to face the future with confidence. We use practical approaches that help clients develop and operationalize their leadership strategies, based on lessons from case studies of companies that have demonstrated remarkable success in leadership development and execution, but also lessons on the pitfalls to be avoided.

The Leader Within

This 5-week, 2.5-hour course equips leaders in all organizational orientations with leadership values and principles touching on Personal Leader Shift, Credible Leadership development, and high-performance Team Leadership.

Leadership Influence

A 5-week 2.5-hour program aimed to equip leaders with unique skills to connect with and influence others. This program will enable leaders from whatever level, vocation, or aspiration they have to increase their impact and make positive lasting transformations with people.

Innovate Leader Experience

This is a 5-week, 2.5-hour Life-changing Innovate Leader Experience. Key focus areas Are Breaking Limiting Beliefs, Developing a new leader within You, Understanding your highest value, Repositioning for Influence, and Making every day your Masterpiece. Plus, there will be one-on-one coaching sessions.

Leadership Gold

This is a 2-part – 5-week program for Senior Leaders in all organization orientations.

Strong relationships are critical to your success; Demonstrate appreciation, sensitivity, consistency, security, and humour in your escalation to success; Expect more from yourself than other people expect from you; and more learnings.

3. CONSULTING

Do you want to improve your leadership development focus, build a culture of excellence, and create an engaged & productive workforce? We work personally with you and your team so you get tangible results quickly and cost-effectively.

We advise our clients on change leadership and implementation, leadership/executive development and process improvement. Delivering successful organizational change needs much more than leadership training and a mastermind approach. It needs top echelons alignment and commitment, understanding of successful change behaviours and change capability.

Our main area of expertise and advisory service offering is Engagement and Productivity and central to client delivery is our trade mark “Engaged and Productive” Program, Assessment and Framework (Values Circles).
