Accent Africa (AA) is a continental forum that fosters conversations to address the Africa we want. It operates under the laws of Kenya under Accent Leadership Group Ltd and has its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.
This establishment aims to trigger and foster a continental leadership conversation to address – The Africa We Want.
AA creates a platform for a Critical & Honest assessment & discourse of Leadership Gaps in Africa and not only recommends but also helps build the leadership capacity we need to produce the present and future results we want for Africa.
We do this through convening educational AA Forums and Annual 4 months Capacity Building AA Leadership Program for young leaders below the age of 40 years who are either in or aspiring to be in various governance roles (Modules: Ethics in Governance & Politics, Collaborative Leadership for Africa, Credible Leadership, Practicum & Presentations).
The overall aim of AA is underpinned by the desire to INSPIRE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER as many aspiring, experienced leaders to take the step of courage and lead Africa to where we want. Below are the three focus areas for AA.
